We have two simple tariffs, the RANK (Or pickup) tariff is when we collect you from a rank or you hail us in the street. The PRE-BOOKED tariff is when you call us or reserve for a cab in advance on this website or using the app. The reason for the price difference is essentially the extra time we have to drive to your location where we are picking you up from.
To avoid any confusions, our RANK (or Pick-up) tariff is the same as the official Rank driver as set by the States of Jersey Transport Department. You can view the official tariffs here.
Nowadays, most people expect to be able to pay their taxi fare via card or some other simple means of payments, even if it is a low amount. At YesTaxis, we fully respect that and give you the option to pay in several ways including most Debit and Credit cards, American Express, contactless and even ApplePay!
Simply complete the form on the right and press the "Book" button. You will receive a confirmation email back and we will keep you informed on your driver progress on the day of the booking
The Corporate TaxiCard account allows you to charge your client's taxi fares straight to your account. You can then login to your secure area and view your latest statements with details of every journeys made including date, time, driver, client, pick-up and drop-off locations and total costs. The online portal allows you to view and print your invoices and even allows you to top-up and pay online easily and securely.
Need to be re-assured that your children are coming home safely after a night out? Top-up the TaxiCard account in advance and let them use it safely and securely to pay for their taxi fare home, it can only be used for their fare so you are assured that they will be driving home safely next time they're out in town!
We are based in Jersey, Channel Islands and service the whole of the island. If you are flying into Jersey for a business or leisure trip and need to organise a taxi in advance, simply call us, book online or download the App and we will be delighted to provide you an excellent service
All our drivers are licensed taxi driver with Jersey's DVS. Our vehicles are clean, modern and fully maintained.
Our tariff are some of the lowest Private Hire on the island.
We accept cash and card payment and we also accept the newest TaxiCard payment via the App.
If you feel that we have not provided you with a perfect service, please contact us using the form below explaining in details why you are not entirely satisfied and we will endeavour to resolve this.
Of course, if using the App, just go to your booking tab and select the booking you wish to cancel and press "Cancel". If however, you have made a booking over the phone or online, call us on 01534 630000 and we will cancel it for you at no charge.
We are a Jersey based company, we service the whole island.

We also provide a customer survey form in our vehicles and receive feedback online directly from our website.
